To reflect their last decade of innovation, we helped shift perspective of ConMet from a component manufacturer to a technology and solutions provider with a global footprint.

Our work started with organizational architecture, arranging multiple business units and under one company with a cohesive vision. From there, we looked at how to address global properties in Europe and China. Unlocking the architecture unlocked our core strategy: that with ConMet, innovation begins at the wheel.

The result of this work is a newly defined organization that is more confident, more human, and more congruent with how the company has evolved.
